IQC samples incoming materials and key components and rejects non-conforming batches; IPQC patrols critical assembly stations; OQC applies AQL sampling plus power-on and water-flow testing before shipment.
Testing capability
Our in-house water lab measures TDS, residual chlorine, turbidity and flow rate; units undergo pressure, leak and burn-in tests with records available with the shipment.
