With the new line running, monthly output of PP and carbon cartridges rose from 180,000 to 250,000 pieces and lead time shortened by about five days.
In mid-September our second automatic winding line completed commissioning and entered mass production, covering PP melt-blown, winding and cutting, with about 40% higher output per shift than the old line.
Two effects for customers: peak-season stock planning is no longer capped by capacity, and standard lead time drops from 20–25 days to 15–20 days.
